Heel Pain, Heel Spurs and Health Benefits on the agenda

Hi everybody. Rest up! Reduce the number of steps you take each day and evaluate your footwear. Minimalistic shoes provide very little support.  * Use a cold foot bath at the end of the day to reduce swelling in achy feet.  * Gently massage the bottom of the foot – rolling your foot on a tennis ball on the floor will do nicely.  When you come in to have your feet examined, we can do more.
