Self-care Equals Health Care And Overall Wellness Says Vancouver Orthotics

There’s NO better time than now to remember to lavish some of that love on ourselves, too!   Self-love and Self-care are not selfish. They lead you to better mood and better health. You’re going to find the techniques to help you take care of yourself surprisingly familiar. It’s a matter of practicing some of the proven and effective habitsas a start:  * Eat Well  * Get quality rest and enough relaxation  * Enjoy a warm bath  * Listen to your favorite music  * Try aromatherapy or  * Pause for deep breath meditation  What about putting a relaxation massage on your personal care list, or a Chiropractic Adjustment. You can always try some light stretching or mindful meditation which you can do anytime, anywhere in your lifestyle and day.  Whichever you chose to do: Remember that Self-Care isn’t Selfish, it’s actually Self-Love and it makes for Great Health-Care! We don’t often focus on our own physical and mental health and wellbeing as the starting point to great health.
